An accomplished senior executive with deep experience in building and growing ancillary services businesses, Serge has a well-earned reputation for blending operating experience with an entrepreneurial, client-focused approach to driving business results. Prior to establishing Sigma Loyalty Group, Serge spent much of his career at D+H, a leading provider of Financial Technology solutions for banks and credit unions.
Tony Nadra
Chief Operating Officer
Tony brings over 25 years of experience in program implementation, strategic planning, and call-centre management to Sigma Loyalty Group. As COO, Tony is responsible for ensuring that our products and processes always deliver the promised client and customer experience.
Asif Atcha
Director, Software Development
Asif manages a team of software engineers in both Canada and India and brings over 20 years of experience in technology development to the team. As Director of Software Development, Asif is focused on building our products and services and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Richard Audette

Richard’s extensive experience working in a client delivery capacity in the financial services space allows him to act as an effective conduit between product and technology development teams. As our resident “tinkerer”, Richard strives to identify new ideas and technologies in identity protection.

Shaibal has spent over 25 years ensuring growing organizations are equipped with strong technology infrastructure. Building on his experiences in telecommunications, healthcare, and service industries, Shaibal leads Sigma Loyalty Group’s rigorous cadence of compliance and systems management, allowing us to deliver responsibly and to the high standards expected by our partners.

Vice President, Operations
Linda brings over 25 years of experience in ancillary services program implementation, operation and technology to Sigma Loyalty Group. She works closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure that all of our programs deliver a superior customer experience and exceed our client commitments and Service Level Agreements.
Lisa McCaw
Director, Product & Client Implementation
Lisa leads our product and client implementation delivery teams and is responsible for end-to-end product management. She has over 20 years of experience specializing in product management, technology implementation, client services and operational management.

Shree brings over 20 years of experience across multiple Sigma companies to his role of Vice President, Finance & Reporting. As leader of the finance team, Shree oversees financial governance across Sigma Loyalty Group, ensuring sound financial health and compliance for the business.

Geoff brings over 20 years of experience in technology and financial services marketing communications to Sigma Loyalty Group, where he reinforces the value of our solutions by helping customers make sense of identity protection and providing customers with access to the support and resources they need.

Andy is founder and chair of Sigma Group, a company with diverse investment interests across sectors ranging from technology to real estate development. As Chair, Andy is instrumental in guiding the company’s investment strategy and identifying unique business opportunities across industries.
Prior to founding Sigma in 1994, Andy held a series of senior roles in some of the largest companies in the telecommunications and banking industries in Canada. He began his career in information technology in 1975 at Tata Consultancy Services in India.

As Managing Partner of Sigma Group, Paras is responsible for nurturing and developing businesses within the Sigma Group portfolio. Paras actively participates in all aspects of the investment and portfolio management process, evaluates potential investment opportunities, manages financial analysis and modelling, and keeps a finger on the pulse of sector trends for potential investments. With a strong history of building and growing relationships across the Sigma Group of companies, Paras previously held progressively more senior operational and leadership roles within many of its operating companies for more than 10 years.

As Managing Partner of Sigma Group, Anita oversees the group’s finance, legal, regulatory and compliance needs. Anita works closely with the Sigma Group of companies to ensure financial stability, integrity and consistent returns. Prior to joining Sigma Group, Anita held a variety of senior leadership roles within a number of its operating companies and has been involved in a variety of acquisition and divestiture transactions, with responsibility for financial due diligence, deal structuring, financial management and corporate tax matters.
