Sigma Loyalty Group, part of the Sigma Group portfolio of companies, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the Enhancement Services business line from Finastra, one of the world’s largest fintechs.

“We are excited to continue building our market leadership in the Canadian enhancement services space as a result of the broader capabilities that the Finastra Enhancement Services business line offers,” said Andy Jasuja, Founder and Chairman of the Sigma Group. “Our goal is to bring forward innovative solutions in the marketplace and we believe this acquisition strongly supports this strategy.”

Sigma Loyalty Group intends to merge the newly acquired business within its existing business headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, with satellite offices in Montreal, Singapore and Malaysia.

Serge Rivest, CEO of Sigma Loyalty Group added, “We believe our clients want to do more with a partner who can offer real innovation in developing marketing and added value programs that can be embedded in, and add meaningful value to, their own products and programs. With our expanded capabilities and a focus on using technology to build products that are meaningful and relevant to consumers, we believe we can continue to be the go-to partner for clients across a broad number of industries.”

Sigma Loyalty Group focuses on providing marketing and enhancement services products and programs that clients across segments including financial services, insurance, retail and telecommunications can use to build loyalty and profitable relationships with their own customers.
