Tony Nadra brings over 20 years experience in call centre management, strategic planning, and program implementation to Sigma Loyalty Group. As COO, Tony is ultimately responsible for ensuring that our products and processes always deliver the promised client and customer experience.
Most recently, Tony was President of Simpro Solutions (a Sigma Group company), where his call centre programs were relied on by a number of financial services companies and partners in the enhancement services market.
Prior to joining Simpro, Tony led American Express (Canada) Call Centre activities as VP of Customer Service & Call Centre Operations. His experience extends across industries, he’s worked in both sales and operations, and has been both customer and client. Tony’s served as an advisor on a number of Call Centre forums and councils, including one focused on building Centennial College’s call centre curriculum.
Tony holds a BSc in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California.
