Sigma Loyalty Group Acquires Finastra Enhancement Services Business Line
TORONTO, ON, June 30, 2020
Sigma Loyalty Group, part of the Sigma Group portfolio of companies, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the Enhancement Services business line from Finastra, one of the world’s largest fintechs.

Sigma Loyalty Group intends to merge the newly acquired business within its existing business headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, with satellite offices in Montreal, Quebec, Singapore and Malaysia.
